Once you see your puppy it will be hard to to retain any administrative work. Hopefully I’ve prepared you enough that a quick look through your folder will recall anything important.
I will give you a folder and quickly review the information contained in it: Vet/Health info, vaccines, and dam and sire pedigrees..
I will give you a bag of food, bottle of our water, and an item that smells like mom and litter mates.
We will sign the contract that we reviewed on Puppy Visitation day (meet and greet). We’ve already gone over it and I know once you see your puppy, this is the last thing you can think of, but we will quickly go over added information (which I’ve done with pen to make it visually easy to follow).
You will give me the remainder of your balance in either check or cash form: payable to April Holdren.
I will take a picture of you and your new puppy for posting to the Facebook group.
The pup should not eat an hour before travel, should eliminate, and should be well exercised. So we will be on the pup’s timeline. If you have or have had kids, you will understand that you travel when it’s best for the kids. Puppies are the same. Therefore, we will hang out, or take the pups for an adventure walk – or if they are winding down for a nap, no long fair wells, it’s best to get on the road.
